Shipping

We endeavour to post out your goods the same day they are ordered (Monday-Friday); however in busy periods this can take a little longer. Postage costs are detailed below; we reserve the right to amend these costs for large or bulky items both within the UK and overseas. Please email or phone if you are concerned about this. All goods are posted using either Royal Mail signed for, or via courier, or our own delivery van; goods cannot be classified as lost until 14 days after posting. Please note: Currently we do not deliver to non-UK addresses.

FREE DELIVERY - UK orders over the value of £75.00 (except where order contains bulk items).

FREE DELIVERY - Local orders over the value of £25.00 (within the Postcode areas CT1, CT2, CT3, CT4, CT5, CT6, CT7 CT8 CT9, CT10, CT11, CT12, CT13, CT14, CT15, CT16, CT17)

UK orders up to 2.00kg: £5.99

UK orders between 2.01kg – 20.00kg: £10.95

Scotland: as above unless in the Highlands and Islands - Please contact us for a Highlands and Islands Price.

Returns Policy

Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us within 3 working days, otherwise no claim will be considered.

If you return an item to us within 14 days (or 7 Days for sale items) they must be in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Personalised and Special order items, Riding hats, Body protectors, and underwear. Personalised and Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. In some circumstances we may accept riding hats back, however this must be via prior consent of the manager by telephone. Riding Hats are a safety product and therefore any riding hats that are returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the costs of checking the hats are still safe and undamaged for resale.

If a parcel looks damaged on arrival do not sign for it; instead refuse the parcel as damaged during posting.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive at our store.

You will be refunded the full value of the goods purchased less carriage charge paid. If your original order qualified for free delivery (value over £75.00) however the items returned brings the value of your order below £75.00 a carriage charge will be deducted from your refund. If a complete sale is returned and refunded from an order originally over £75.00 you will also incur a carriage charge.

Hygiene

Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974)

Please note: For Hygiene reasons, Underwear and earrings are non-returnable.
